I was really excited to start my new sleeping on my newest package. Fast forward several weeks later, I notice that one of the legs look lopsided and uneven to the others. **UPDATE**SEPTEMBER 30TH👉🏾 Update on my previous review. I notice a few imperfections in the thin rods on the frame. Some of them appear bent. Also my mattress bottom appears wrinkled and I do not know whether or not it is damaged. I would suggest to the distributor and Creator of this bed frame to include a sturdy bottom support or plywood like material to "sandwich" between the frame and mattress to avoid other harm to the consumer's matress. ... show more

I ordered this bedframe and the first one I received the legs were not able to lock into place on one end making it useless. I reached out to customer support and they sent a replacement at no charge to me. However, the second one was also defective and could not be used because the legs would also not lock into place. I then received this message after reaching out to support again: We believe that this product may not be for you; we apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend contacting Amazon.com to return the item or for further assistance. Please note that Amazon.com adopts a 30-day return policy. [END] It is not a matter of whether the product is the right fit for me or not, it is a matter of your product quality being poor and not being able to guarantee that the product that arrives is not defective. Don’t put the blame on your customers. This goes against Amazons core values as a company. Own the problem and get it fixed. I 100% do not recommend this product for anybody because you will more than likely get a defective product and the replacement will more than likely be defective and support will tell you that it’s just not the right product for you. ... show more

I bought this for use in a spare room, intending to also get a new mattress since the mattress/box spring set I had was so uncomfortable. Because this frame is so sturdy and offers so much support, once I put the old mattress on it was amazingly comfortable (I pitched the box spring since it was in poor shape)! Bought the queen (basically 2 twins with a screw to hold them together) as a guest bed to use with a 12" blow up mattress. It could not have been easier to assemble; it's just like a fold-out table. The package is about 40lbs but the 2 individual pieces feel lightweight at about 20 lbs each. They are the perfect size and flat to store in my closet. Bought this for my teenager’s full size bed after the frame we bought from Wayfair broke. I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but the good reviews sold me and I’m glad they did. This was the easiest thing I’ve ever “assembled.” Basically we pulled it out of the box and unfolded it. We put maybe two connectors on it and that’s it! It’s sturdy and well made. We put his mattress back onto this new frame and it has been months now with zero issues. He doesn’t even stub his toes on the legs. It doesn’t squeak. The mattress doesn’t slide off. It’s perfect! This is a great product. I was worried i would have to put it all together but it's totally assembled in the box u just take it out and unfold it. It's not heavy, i set it up myself in like 10 seconds. It's completely silent. I hate when u get out of bed and it makes that squeaky creaking noise cuz it wakes up my dog but this is dead quiet. I looked at various frames on Amazon and decided on this. It has no screws on the top to get caught on your mattress like another similar frame had. I recently bought a new foam/gel mattress and my old mattress I decided would be good enough as an extra bed if needed in my upstairs bedroom. If I do decide to get rid of the mattress, I certainly am not out a lot of money. I didn't want the mattress just laying in the floor. I've only had it about a month or so, and it hasn't been slept on. I do wish it did have some kind of lip on the sides so the mattress would not slip off. That is the only thing negative that I noticed about it, but I guess one could always get some kind of tape and put it on the top of the frame to see if that would keep the mattress from moving around.
