Look, I’m giving this five stars because my husband adores this stuff. Me? Not so much. Every time he steps out of the shower, it’s like our bathroom has been possessed by an Axe commercial from 2005. If “LOUD” had a scent, this would be it. Does it clean him? Yes. Does he feel fresh? Absolutely. Does he now think he’s a Greek god of manliness because his soap says “Swagger” or “Bearglove” on it? Unfortunately, also yes. Pros: ✅ He smells clean (even if it’s aggressively so). ✅ Lathers well—like, suspiciously well. ✅ Bottle lasts forever, which is great for him, but terrible for me. Cons: ❌ The scent could wake the neighbors. ❌ Our entire bathroom now smells like a middle school dance. ❌ He refuses to switch because he thinks it makes him smell “legendary.” Final Verdict: If you want your husband to smell like a walking Old Spice commercial, this is for you. This smells great but not overpowering which is nice. My husband and son say that it does leave the skin a little bit dry and that can sometimes lead to itchy skin, but they like it overall. It is a good price in comparison to our local stores.

This is a pleasant-smelling men's bodywash. Never was fond of the "swagger" branding, but I don't begrudge it; the fickle state of social norms necessitate overselling the manliness of not smelling like a sewer, as usual. The scent is fairly long-lasting I noticed, which is certainly helpful. Cedarwood and lime is actually a pretty good combination for the purposes of a "masculine" scent: freshness and an outdoorsy smell without anything flowery to it. I'm sold on it, at any rate, and will probably look for something similar even if I experiment outside of the brand. Anyway, even the value is pretty good; the bottles are quite large.
