I just bought this product a week ago and what i like with this product is the material its "fabric" instead of "leather" material. I purchased the one with foot rest which i use when i watch movie or animes in front of my PC. Theres no CONS in this product plus the seller is very accommodating and generous they sent my chair in 3 days which is very nice of them! I have so much trouble turning this chair different directions, the caster is horrible. and the chair creaks!!! every move i made on it creaks, I would love to return this chair except, I am unable to disassemble the shock part after I put it together, since i have no way of shipping it back in 1 piece... so I ended it up keeping it. I replaced the caster so now it moves better, but that creaking noises just never goes away even if i lube it. Update, less than a year now, it's already broken. ... show more

Pleasant surprise. Very comfortable, sturdy, and the breathable fabric doesn't make me sweat like the leather styles do. People don't really pay attention to the width of the seat. I am 6.5ft and the brand I purchased before cut off the circulation of my thighs while sitting because it was extremely narrow to sit on and the backrest was also too narrow. That was likely for very small guys. This chair is for big and tall because it's much wider at the seat lip, more open design (doesn't hug you so much on the shoulders that it actually hurts the back. This one is wide, tall, feels very sturdy but also light. It's honestly a great (expletive) chair to be frank. Can't beat it for the price. I've been through three chairs that were nothing as advertised. Good buy, folks. No complaints. ... show more

My first chair arrived and i was able to build it up pretty easily. Took maybe half an hour. Is comfortable, sturdy and i like the vibrating message actually (although don't keep it on too long it makes you sick to your stomach after like an hour because its literally concentrated right behind it haha). Unfortunately my unit suffered from this leftward tilt that made it just weird to sit in. The company was quick to respond and I had a replacement on my porch within a few days. I was really impressed. The replacement unit suffered from the same quality issue. The chair has a weird lean to the side. The seller was very communicative again not only to get me a different replacement chair they know does not have this quality issue but to ask questions of me and have me take pictures to help them figure out the issue with the current one! This seller is quick to respond, very good at fixing issues that arrise and great at keep the customer happy. They have a quality issue with this chair but are willing to sent replacements until the issue is resolved. Unfortunate quality issue that i believe they will work though but good customer service is good customer service, no matter how you slice it. ... show more

Update: After being sent a replacement and opening it in November of 2021. The chair baseplate has warped and now finally cracked. So the chair is just leaning sideways which is disappointing since this is a item that specifies it is built to last and sturdier than most. The chair itself is such great fabric for comfort but the overall structure is lacking and doesn’t last. Update: The customer service was great. They helped me quickly resolve this issue, amazing communication. I am glad they are dependable because this chair is really comfortable and suits my needs and the built in back massager just is the icing on the cake. First Review: The chair came a day earlier than delivery had specified so that was great. The fabric is nice and seems sturdy but I noticed the metal frame of the chair is rusted. I have a warranty on my product but buying this with 0 reviews. I am a bit wary so I checked inside. I hope the rust on this metal doesn’t greatly effect the life of this chair. ... show more

I wanted to like it but I simple can’t. After 3 weeks the squeaking started, to the point that any micro movement was audible through noise cancelling headphones. I’ve tightened bolts and greased everywhere that could potentially be the problem but it always persists. Then a week later I noticed the chair started to lean to one side and became uneven. I’ve tested a lot of gaming chairs and they all have their own specific and nearly intolerable shortcomings. I’m not to the point where if you MUST get a gaming chair go with major brands with reputable names or avoid them entirely and get a decent desk/office chair. I really wanted to like this because of the amount I paid but in all honesty avoid it like the plague :/ ... show more

Excellent chair, excellent customer service. I bought this chair for my office computer work. I needed something with support for my back and figuring people gaming spend long periods of time in these chairs, it could be worth a try. It was! Adjustable, firm, but not too firm. I am 62 and do hours of photographic retouching, so this really does the job with comfort support, no more backaches after 15 minutes. I am not a fan of the fake leather on most of these chairs, so I chose this model with sturdy woven fabric and it's great. This one is gray with black accents, if a couple more solid colors were available, it would probably attract more home office buyers. And when FedEx delivery lost the package, the company immediately responded to my inquiry and sent me another chair, which I had the next day.
