We really wanted to love these bar stools but we just don’t. They were a good price point for us. They are the perfect color and assembled easily. Super comfy to sit (still) in. But on day 2 dinner (literally 2 sits!) the “pleather” tore at the seam (my husband and I are both slim people, so it isn’t a weight issue). There’s no attractive way to repair it. My stool also tipped over when I got out of it - the base is not sturdy enough to balance the height. Save your money - good furniture is expensive, and you get what you pay for. These are beautiful to look at - not trustworthy to use. However, I've upgraded my review to reflect that Okeysen has great customer service. They saw my review and responded with a choice of replacement stools or a refund to make things right. Thank you! ... show more

    • Not sturdy when at pub height.
Edited to add. This company is amazing. They reached out and offered me a full refund. I have been struggling with getting the link to work but it was all on my part and they have been so patient with my dinosaur tech skills. Literally you couldn't ask for better customer service. I would buy from them again no doubt. I wish all companies were so pleasant to deal with. They got some chick-fil-a service skills and that is wayyy up there in my eyes. I needed these for a higher countertop and unfortunately I don't think they are useful at that height. They feel super tippy. And with kids I just see a ER visit in the future. Also my husband is built like a man should be and those hips are being squeezed. So if wanting them for smaller women/men and kids they are fine but not anything else. They are very beautiful and feel sturdier when used at a lower height. But in my case they are not something I feel safe using. ... show more

I loved these chairs for a few months. I wanted to buy two more to complete the set- but then out of nowhere the footrest for one of the chairs just snapped off. It's only been a little over half a year. I don't know if I got a faulty chair or what. I haven't yet been able to contact customer service (I was redirected to a chatbot) yet. ... show more

Took me 5 minutes to put together. Sturdy, attractive and comfortable stools. They are adjustable and can be used at a counter height island or at a bar. They swivel. I was concerned they would be heavy and might scratch or drag on the floor when you move them, they don't, they are light and move smoothly when you pull/push them out from the island.
