Usually, our cat is very picky about playing with new toys and will not be interested after several moments of seeing it. My cats absolutly love this item BUT you may want to put it outside. I apparantly have a cat with an overproduction salivary gland. After 10mins there was a huge slobber puddle around the ball. Once it's stuck on an item or wall also realize it'll take sheer force to remove it, lol. I'll suggest also saving the cover and using it or the cats will linger around like they're at a bong table during a deadhead concert. Two thumbs up for my addicted cats! ... show more

As any cat owner knows, they are fickle beasts who will play with one thing and then discard it. I bought these catnip balls thinking that this would be the same situation. NOT SO! My little beasts are absolutely addicted to these. They’re working on them as I type this. I stuck them to the sides of their food container and they spend many a happy hour getting their kitty high. Luckily there are a few different formulae, something for each of my cats. The sticky pads worked well against licking, but not very well against being roughhoused into.....then you're stuck with the adhesive foam wherever you plug these things.
