** Things I love: ** - Color (the black and yellow is so awesome!) - The pillow headrest - The footrest - The lumbar support and the massager - Easy to assemble (took me about an hour by myself) - Wheels don't roll around too easily (this is important because my office has a floor that's definitely not level, so in my old chair, I'd find myself randomly rolling backwards and I'd have to constantly scoot forward; not so with this chair) - Comfortable for 6+ hours of sitting (although around 8 hours, my butt starts to get a little sore) ** Things I don't love: ** - The arm rests pivot in and out to make it easy for however you want your arms resting, but they pivot a little *too* easily, all it takes is a simple nudge and the arm rests click into another position (horizontally, not vertically - the vertical adjustment works just fine) - After only about 3 weeks of having this chair, it's already squeaking every time I move. Not sure if I tightened the bolts too much? - While the assembly was very easy, the first step of putting two of the legs on the wheel base was tricky, and I don't know if this was just me being dumb (which is a good possibility LOL), but the yellow plates need to be taken off *before* snapping the legs into place, and even then, it was difficult. I made my husband put them on because I was struggling. This step was not included in the directions, so something to keep in mind if you get this chair. - While I do love the built-in massager, really it is nothing more than a little motor that goes in the lumbar pillow and it's just kind of stuffed in there as if it was an afterthought. It does the trick, though. - Footrest is great but does feel a little flimsy like if I jolt too hard on it, it'll snap. Also, the footrest definitely works best with the chair in the recline position; if you have the footrest pulled out while the back of the chair is in the full upright position, it feels like you're going to tip over. ** Final thoughts ** Overall, I really do love the chair, just a few little things that I've noticed and I wanted to give my full and honest review for anyone who's shopping for reliable gaming chairs! I'm SO CLOSE to giving this chair a 5, but there are a few things that made me knock off a star. Good things first: - It has everything I was looking for. Adjustable and rotatable arm rests, lumbar and neck pillow, reclining, foot rest. Checked off all my boxes. - Came in good condition, no missing parts. ALSO CAME EARLY, mine arrived in 9 days. - Looks good, pretty comfortable. - SUPER easy to assemble, the instructions are mostly pictures and some of the lettering on the instructions are wrong, but overall still EZPZ and a lot of the big parts are put together for you already. - It just seems like a really solid chair. Most of the key parts are made of metal so feels very structurally sound. - This chair has a DEEP recline back, so much so that I was worried I'd fall over because I'm not sure why anyone would sit that far back unless you were really looking to nap in this. - Massage lumbar pillow has a NOTICEABLE vibration, it's not like a little thing, you definitely feel it. Not sure how long it'll last with this amount of power, but as of right now it's great. Not so great: - Some of the pieces don't flush perfectly with each other, it's fine and doesn't compromise the integrity of the chair itself but it kinda just makes it a little less than perfect. - If you lean too far forward in the chair the rear wheels come up a TINY bit. I'm small-ish so I probably won't fall forward, but it might happen to other people. - The arm rest rotation is pretty sensitive, like I can't pull the chair by the armrest without it moving. Not a big issue for me but I've seen other people complain about it in reviews, and it's true. - Overall frame of the seat may be narrow for some. It fits me pretty ok, but again I'm average to small-ish. It might not fit some people's hips/butt. - No tilt function. I don't normally use it anyways so nbd for me but the instructions say that you can adjust tilt angles and tensions and I haven't been able to. - Lumbar pillow is a bit stiff to start. It'll be better once I use it more but it's not the most comfortable right now and feels like it's jutting into your back. - Foot rest seems a little unstable. If I pull it all the way out and rest my legs on it it feels like it makes the chair tilt forward a bit. All in all, very happy with my purchase, especially for this price! ... show more

I purchased this chair from a recommendation from my daughter-in-law who is an accountant. I am an older teacher who is starting to have pain in the hips and knees. I needed a new office chair for my room. I ordered the black and yellow one. Striking chair, in fact my kids notice it as soon as they walked into the room. They all wanted to set in it. The reason I didn't give a 5 star for assembly was...I had trouble snapping the two end legs into the base. Instructions were not quite clear how to do this. Once I figured it out the rest of the assembly was a breeze. All the parts were there, I didn't find one unsatisfactory part on the chair. The chair was heavier than I thought it might be, which I think is good. I have yet to recline and use the footstool, so I can't comment on that. So far I am very impressed, time will tell just how good a chair it really is. I would not hesitate to recommend this chair to anyone. ... show more
