I'll start out by saying that I got the wrong colors. I received pink & white when I ordered red & black. But after contacting the seller they were VERY quick to get me the correct colored chair and I appreciate that so much! Now finally having the correct chair I have to say it was fairly easy to assemble and didn't take that long either! The instructions were clear and easy to read (at least for me!). Now for the actual chair it's comfy and nice looking! I love the little head pillow and how you can recline back and pretty much adjust the chair to the most comfortable way you need! The massaging pillow is a nice little feature even if it's not strong but it's nice you can remove it if you need too! There are 2 things I have issues with though. One is the foot rest that you pull out. It's very flimsy and with my feet on it, it weighs it down and brings the chair forward a little which makes it a bit uncomfortable so I probably wont be using that much (which I was a little bummed about but maybe I just need to get use to it better!) And the other thing is the arm rests. I wish there was a lock feature to keep them in place because you can turn them left, right and center but they move rather easily which can be annoying at times. And I also wish it was more padded because I have bony elbows and resting them on the armrests aren't that comfortable LOL. Overall I'm giving this 5 stars because I thoroughly enjoy the chair and it's what I was looking for! And also because of how great the customer service is! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a gaming chair! ... show more

I bought this chair for my office. It was pretty easy to put together. It had everything you needed to put it together in the box. I create music, and was tired of using standard office chairs for long periods of time. So I looked at several brands in the $150-250 range, which is about as much as I can spare for a chair. Let me tell you, this is a good buy overall. It has pros and cons. Cons: - arm rests are a little loose, not super comfortable. I might MacGuyver a solution for it at some point. they also feel kind of wide. Maybe i screwed them a little far apart? - foot rest doesn't extend as far as I thought it would. I'm 6'0", not super tall... but can't see myself using the footrest while i'm sitting up. It seems long enough if I lean the chair back though... so if I was a gaming and reclining and wanted the footrest... this would be fine. But for the purposes of working on music in my studio, it's a con for my purposes. I never lean back while making music haha. - Chair doesn't go up as high as I'd like it to. That's not their fault.. they clearly list the sitting height. But, I do wish it went up a few more inches. Pros - this seat is pretty darn comfortable. It's only day one, so we'll see... but... so far... it's wide enough for me and i'm comfortable - as a 6'0" man, i can tell you the neck pillow is actually at the perfect height for me. this is the first time my head has been comfortable in a chair. the back support is also great quality and fits in the small of my back. very nice. the massager is cool... minor drawback is there's no switch, it has to be plugged in to be on. but... i mean... this thing cost $150, so i'm not complaining. - wheels roll nicely Took me about 25 mins to assemble. Took a minute to get the screws to line up putting the back and seat together, but nothing to write home about. Yeah. this is a good chair. I'm happy with it.. especially considering the price.     • Butt hurts.

I love the look of the chair. The head rest is comfortable. The lumbar support is a bit stiff. I have to keep moving it or taking it off. The chair leans to the left. I have no idea why. I've only had it two days and it was noticed immediately upon putting it together. I've gone over all my assembly and cant figure out why it is leaning. It's actually kind of annoying and uncomfortable because if it. [Update. This problem went away on its own and I have no idea how.] The foot rest isn't the best quality. With my legs out and the back down it is comfortable. I can't stand how the arm rests move out side to side. Why would I want my arm rests to move sideways at an angle? I try to bolster them with pillows for comfort but the pillows just push them out more. They are basically unusable for this reason. I just don't understand why the chair was made this way. The butt pad is so stiff. I will have to get a butt pad to go over it. Kind of annoying as the chair is built for gamers. Hello, we sit in the damn thing for hours!
