Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE these cameras. When you purchase they force you to purchase a plan. After you purchase the mere fact that it's two cameras the plan is only for one. When it's time to engage the other camera that's when you realise the plan already paid for because the cameras don't work unless you buy plan is for only one. Then they give you an option to buy other plans if you think you're only paying for one month trial they charge you for an entire year. So here I am thinking I paid for one month only to see a bill for 114.99 now ain't that theft. Then when you ask them for a refund they're disrespectful and don't want to refund you. The cameras are solid, they work, the app works really well to connect and setup devices so major points on the app, functional use is good, but not stellar. The cameras seem to have decent enough picture quality. Not stellar, but the quality is decent enough. Could use controls for brightness and color. Minor changes to that could improve the quality of the images dramatically which is essential for proper face detection. Google Home integration is also present as well as Alexa (See PS note below). One of my cameras however did have something loose inside it, despite that it appears to work. For any future iterations of this camera, sealing in the SDcard with a screw on cap should be a thing . Easy for someone to just walk up and pop the SDcard if it's within reach. I had to get creative for that. SDcard AND cloud support (this is optional), the service is $$$ compared to competitors, this is better for SDcard use mainly IMO. I like that manual recording is possible and saved to the device recorded on (phone) and SDcard I presume. Freemium cloud alerts For the price it's a good deal and worth the buy. The four stars is due to the loose bit inside the camera, that's a QA issue. Also for the lack of even basic image controls. PS Doesn't connect well to Google Home app works just fine through Yi IOT app, BUT this seems to be an issue with Google Home as I have other 3rd party IOT devices that don't connect to Google Home. These have been "relatively" quick and easy to set up. You have to have a good WiFi connection or you will get frustrated quickly. They can be quirky, so follow the instructions to the letter on your first set up, then, if something doesn't work, be willing to investigate the issue and try something else. Ok, varios puntos. Es fácil de instalar y fácil de configurar. Importante que donde los coloques llegue bien la señal de wifi de tu casa para que funcione. La imagen se ve excelente tanto de día como de noche y la cámara gira hacia todos lados cómodamente. Importante destacar que, si quieres que guarde las grabaciones de los movimientos que detecta, el app te pide que pagues acceso a la nube para guardar los videos. Revisa bien la pantalla cuando configures para que no caigas en la idea de que no podrás ver nada sin pagar porque no es así. Sí verás las imágenes en tiempo real, solo que sin pagar accesos no podrás quedarte con las grabaciones. What the app don't tell you is it? Don't come with memory. You have to buy a memory chip. You can do a cloud storage for $130.00 yearly, It offers other Types of storage for additional money. It does not tell you this. I didn't even see this in the reviews, It worked really good last night when I hooked it up. I had a hard time hooking it up too. With that being said today, I'm having a hard time keeping it in view. I. Keep trying to view it and it's not letting me view it. It's telling me it's offline. I've got really good internet service, so I'm not sure what's going on with it. I'm gonna continue to use them. I'm gonna hook the second one up today. And see how that goes. I really don't recommend them. Just spend the extra few dollars to buy a little better quality ones, I'm not sure how it works inside. ... show more

I just recently purchased two of these for front/back doors. Easy enough to set up, no problems. Works fine for the most part. The problem is viewing clips. I do not want, nor do I need cloud storage, but this app will not let you view the clips, even from the SD card without it. Their website says you can, but all you can do short of removing the SD card and using a card reader on your PC is manually scrolling a timeline for the entire day - even then the timeline resets itself while scrolling and makes it difficult to view the entire thing. When stopping the scroll to view a section, you guessed it - it resets before you can view it. You CANNOT SAVE THE CLIPS or download them. You cannot get passed the advertisement on every button to purchase cloud storage. Even if the item was only $5 it would still not be worth the hassle. I am one who prefers to keep my security in my own hands and not give it to a second or third party to share with others, invade my privacy, etc. NO - Do Not Buy this if you do not want cloud storage, even then I would be very concerned based on the complaints of those who have it. ... show more
