I just got this on Monday and I have used it every single day since then. I am currently having kidney issues and lower back pain. I have been dealing with it for nearly 2 months but I had to try something else bc I have done everything. I ordered this and my husband used it on me starting Monday. It's perfect and holds well in your hand. It comes with the us gel to apply before using it. I liked that. It plugs in and works well. I feel after I use it, that maybe the stone moved some. I like it so far. I am going to continue to use it to see if it helps me pass the stone. Also my lower back pain doesn't hurt much after he uses it on it. ... show more

The device is well constructed and is simple enough to maneuver across your body. The handle is comfortable and glides over your skin with the gel. It's quiet, so you don't really hear anything. I've done several applications to my lower back. I get very stiff and painful if I sit for too long. I've noticed a decrease in stiffness and feel like I have more range of motion. This equipment works okay, however, the timer does not function as it should. I have tried the equipment for 5 minutes and it lasts pass 15 minutes I had to stop it. Also the body of the machine heats up and gets pretty hot as opposed to heat being generated through the head.
