The media could not be loaded. Incredibly comfortable chairs and looks great on the balcony. One of the chairs came cracked and the service team responded quickly and helped resolve the issue. Product comes pre folded so no assembly required!

Hard to imagine what you buy from only a picture but this set is a bargain. The quality looks good is packaged well and ready to use right out of the box. Then I sat on the chair and one leg disintegrated like it had dry rot. Have contacted about issue waiting for response. 7/4/24 still haven’t been contacted about the problem I guess I’ll try gluing and adding material around the break. I received a call from them 7/10 and they told me that they were going to send a replacement chair. They stand behind the quality of their product. Fantastic news! They resent the entire order wow! What customer service!

Wife purchased these and the first time I sat down the chair broke causing me and my drink to fall. I'm under 200lbs and and didn't plop down in the chair. Very light weight and small but not sturdy.

Original shipment arrived damaged - one table leg support split at hinge. I left a message on Friday evening with customer support and they contacted me on Sunday, promptly ordering a second table with no need to repack and return original shipment. Second set arrived in perfect condition. Well made folding chairs and table. I plan to brush on additional clear sealant for added protection against ocean climate.

This set is probably the nicest of the ones in its price range compared to other patio/bistro sets on Amazon. One of my chairs arrived with a broken leg, however the customer service team from OC Casual was very quick to respond and replace it! Loving my new patio set! :)
