    • Pretty good, but if you’re big or tall, well…

I have plenty of road trips for work where I couch surf instead of paying for a hotel. I also have a tendency to pack an inflatable pad and sleep on the floor rather than taking a bed if I’m staying in a hotel with colleagues. (I’m unabashedly cheap; what can I say?) I picked this bag up because it was much smaller and lighter than the mummy bag I’ve used for camping for years, plus I needed something lighter for when I’m camping in the summer (in Texas). This bag definitely gives me the foot room that a mummy bag doesn’t, and it’s super easy to vent your feet as much or as little as they need. …but I also wanted to be able to roll over easier, and this bag (kinda) doesn’t do that. I’m not a huge guy, but I’m not small, either. At 6’2” 205 lbs I have plenty of height in the bag, but it gets a bit tight around my torso. If my arms are down at my side the bag is almost pulled tight around me; I can’t have my arms crossed across my chest. …but I’m not sure how much of a problem that actually is, in practice. Remember, the bag is more than long enough for me. I can be inside *and* tuck a pillow in the top and my feet still have room. So what I find is that more often I unzip the whole bag, use it as a blanket, and tuck the edges underneath me. Most blankets are pulled tight on me if I tuck them both over the top of my shoulders and under my feet. This thing just fits. You can still regulate your temp well and it tucks underneath enough that you still have almost 360 degree coverage. …but at the end of the day I now only have a really useful blanket, not a sleeping bag. This may be a problem next summer when I want it for camping over my mummy bag again. We’ll see. ... show more

I like this sleeping bag because it was the right size for me and it was comfortable and warm. It was best with a 1/2 inch pad under it. I washed it and it almost dried in the spin cycle and didn’t fall apart. Good buy.

Needed a new sleeping bag. This one was cheap and had great reviews. It is great sleeping bag for the price. My teenage son said it was a great sleeping bag with lots of room. Have not used for winter yet so can’t tell how warm it will keep.

Ordered 5 of these for our grandchildren. Upon opening the packaging, they were a lot less filled than anticipated. These are light and would probably work fine for warmer temperatures. The range given was 10-20C (50-68F), which I believe would be correct, but one needs to really be aware, that is what you’re getting. Price not too bad for this level of a bag. One would definitely need to be used in conjunction with an air mattress, or similar type bottom for comfort. ... show more
