Needed narrower than usual chair. Chair fits midway in 1960 porcelain tub. Need to remove one chair arm for my fiberglass tub because of interference with soap dish on wall. Chair came with a missing or defective push pen. The seller addressed the issue super fast, by shipping a replacement part ASAP. Assembly was a snap. Nice, lighter weight chair for smaller showering areas. Only reason I deducted a star, was the person I purchased it for, felt a tad uneasy on it, due to โ€œslightโ€ wobbling when sitting down and getting up. This chair did not fit in my shower stall or tub. I kept the chair because I have used it after surgery to dress, eat at the table and rest. It is adjustable and stable. Great chair

    • Works well as a shoer chair in a narrow space
My wife tried three previous shower chairs. She used one without arms and that was low for a couple years, but with progressive weakness had trouble standing. I tried two other shower chairs before this one and one was too bulky and heavy to move easily and the other was rickety. This chair is a good balance between size, hight, features (arms and back). It is not rock solid but my wife has confidence in it and it is rated to 300 pounds, though my wife is 175. With hand holds in the shower she no longer dreads shower time.     • Very easy to use and very sturdy
The chair was so helpful to my husband after his kidney transplant. The hand bar, however, we could not use as the suction cups were much larger than our tile in the shower and it would not stick to the wall.

Sturdy, well made, and easy to assemble. Previous shower chairs I've had didn't have arms. Wasn't sure if they'd be helpful or get in the way. They definitely make it easier to get up and down. Also wanted V in seat to make it easier to wash private areas.

This shower chair was quite easy to assemble and was ver sturdy for a person who is quite heavy and has limited mobility. We have a โ€œbox showerโ€ with no grab bars. The two arms provided support.
