I bought 4 of the "throwable" coast guard approved floats and 1 of these. This thing is way better. Floats 200+ with ease, and comfortable. I like the hard foam compared to the soft/floppy sticky foam.

The water saddle is well made, no complaints there. It’s really uncomfortable to sit in as it chafes. I found it really difficult to balance while sitting on it and fell off several times. Living on the lake means lots of summertime visitors! These water saddles are easy to store, durable and get a LOT of use during the summer months. They support adults of all sizes with ease. My grandkids are a little too small / light for them as yet but give them time! Highly satisfied.
