  • It powers my stuff and it doesn't randomly turn off
Style: C Series ATX 3.1 Color: Black Size: 1500W Platinum
If you are like me, you have read/watched every PSU comparison/tier list you could find on the Innanet and you want to read reviews before putting this behemoth in your cart. Just go ahead and buy it. Don't let the "yOu DoNt NeEd A 1500W pSu" people talk you out of it. You don't use more wattage because the PSU is rated for a higher wattage - you only use what your crap is drawing. Yeah...it's probably overkill. Yeah...you could opt for a lower wattage "gold" rated PSU and be just fine with pretty much anything you can stuff inside your absurdly large Obsidian 9000D case. Get it because it uses quality capacitors, has a respectable warranty, is the latest and greatest ATX 3.1, is super duper efficient, and will give you plenty of overhead to grow your system. Don't buy it if you care about the ole NZXT rental scam. ... show more

  • Nzxt for the win
Style: C Series Color: Black Size: 850W Gold
Not much to say about a psu. Works as intended, easy setup. Cables are super stiff out of the shaving kit they come in but a little warming softens them up enough to fit them in the build. Comes with way more cables than the average build would need. Quality sheathing and management options. Worth the money for a psu with room to grow. ... show more

  • 1500W - ATX 3.1
Style: C Series ATX 3.1 Color: Black Size: 1500W Platinum
After shopping around for a power supply that can handle a 4090 w/ a custom bios I window shopped around and found this PSU. Having previously owned the MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 and running into issues with the fan continuously spinning at 100% the power supply software not being able to regulate the RPM on the fan I decided to get this power supply. Having gone out of my comfort zone of only buying corsair PSUs I stumbled with MSI and landed on NZXT. What can I say? It hits the ball out of the park. It comes with a zero RPM toggle for those who care about that, no need for software or usb cables attached to the PSU. This power supply is insanely cheaper than the Corsair AX1600i and around the same price as a MEG Ai1300P PCIE5. I was decently surprised to see NZXT making quality power supplies, and I am happy they did. They entered the market at the right time. It's future proof providing two 16-Pin PCIe Gen 5.1 Cables for the upcoming next generation cards. The only thing I could say bad about it was that it doesn't bring sleeved cables, the default cables are braided, which for me is great as I have Cablemod extend kits coming out of the motherboard. I am using the provided 16-pin PCIe Gen 5.1 cables instead of custom sleeved cablemod 12VHPWR cables out of precaution. I will wait until custom modders or some vendor provides a neater looking 12vx6 cable. I did not watch any youtube review I just took the plunge and tried it out myself. It's always risky when you do that, but I can happily say I am not disappointed at all. ... show more

  • Quiet power.
Style: C Series Color: Black Size: 750W Gold
I don’t normally build PCs, but I do understand the 80 plus bronze and gold ratings enough to know that this power supply is everything you pay for. It’s more affordable and it packs a punch with 750 Watts. This can support almost every and any CPU/GPU combo, I had to have a minimum of 599 watts to power my system, and I figured I might as well go big. NZXT did a beautiful job with their modular cable design, the only slight issue I really have is how rigid the motherboard and CPU cables are. They are hard to strap down on the back panel of the case that I have and they don’t bend or move in the way I need them to. Other than that minor gripe, this is a great power supply for the money. ... show more

Looks great in all white build. Easy to connect the cables. All the power specs in the bios look good. Seems to be stable.

  • Good but…
Style: C Series Color: Black Size: 850W Gold
This is my first review. I’m an average pc user. I know how to do things, but I’m not pro at them, so installing this PSU took me 2 days. Honestly it would’ve took me a day at max, but I kept getting stuck on stuff and I took out some plugs I didn’t even need to take out cause it wasn’t connected to the PSU. Anyway onto the PSU. I’m giving it 4 stars for two reasons. The biggest reason is because these braided cables suck! I’m not doubting them being high quality and I’m actually not good at Cable Management, but for my Case (Lian Li Lancool 2 Mesh Performance) these braided cables made things so much harder for me to connect things to the Mobo and a neat fashion because how thick the cables are as well. They’re actually pretty flexible, but I hate these cables for my PC. Other problem I had is probably due to the PSU, but some Cables can just come out easily. It’s really the Mobo Cable. Both sides come out of the PSU and Mobo easily no matter how hard I put pressure to them. My last problem (not sure if it was a problem) was that after 2 days of work, when I finally turned the PC on, the PSU smelled like it was burning. I quickly turned it off and unplugged it after waiting a few secs. Nothing exploded and everything was fine. I ended up doing research and found out new PSUs can smell like burning for a short while due to something called no clean flux. What I did now was connect the PSU to a testing bench after researching for a hour and when I did, I smelled no burning at all anymore. I monitored it for 30 mins, nothing. I finally put it back in my PC and monitored it for another hour and nothing, so all is fine. Best thing I got outta this was the experience. I was able to hook the PSU back up pretty fast. Sorry for the long message. overall the PSU is very high quality and besides the things I said, I would recommend it to you. ... show more

  • Quiet and effecient.
Style: C Series Color: Black Size: 1000W Gold
I was troubleshooting PC crashes under load. I had a 600w PS in a system that could hit 450w under load. This over time I suspected degraded the PS.. so I bought a new PS@ 600w and still had the same issue.. I knew it was not the CPU OR MOTHERBOARD.. so I now got THIS PS (NZXT C1000 PSU) and all my troubles are gone. Quality PS with enough extra watts does matter.. This one is Quality and will not let you down. ... show more

Overkill for my PC as 1000w would have been fine, but for future upgrades and/or future overclocking, I bought this, so I won't need to worry. Easy to install, a tad pricey (understandably so).
