I really like this supplement, I can tell that I handle stressful events better and am more grounded when I take it, and I don't think it is placebo as I often have forgotten I took it and have to look back at what I ate and took to see what things have had positive impacts, and then find out it was probably ALA. There may be a correlation for me personally with taking this supplement and having an aching feeling in my gums and jaw, almost like there is extra fluid/blood in them or they are inflamed.
