Green tea is a well known value for health. There are many benefits to using Green Tea in a medicinal context. There are probably hundreds of Green Tea products on the market at various prices. I have found these to seem to be potent and at a very competitive price! I take one in the morning and 1 in the early afternoon. Most of time I become excessively sleepy after lunch, to the extent that I can fall into sleep while I am standing. Horrible. I tried close to 100 different herbs in the past decade because no any doctors can or willing to help me on this. Most of the herbs I tried are useless or have side effect, or worked for a while then start to have side effect, a few of them works but not so well, until I start to take this green tea capsules. It solved my problem maybe 95% of time. I simply open the capsule and drop the power into my drinking water every day, started from half capsule, now a full capsule daily. No any side effect and I also feel more energetic and easier to focus. The green tea bitter taste is actually good and it makes me drinking more water. A real life saver! ... show more

There is nothing I don’t like about this product. Gives me so much energy throughout the day . I take 2 pills a day doesn’t get me wired or make my heart race at all . It’s all natural I am buying my second bottle don’t want to run out :) I love this product it’s a miracle in a bottle.

    • Provides great, natural energy! No more coffee or red bull/monster in the afternoons!
I used to drink a cup or two of coffee or have an "energy drink" in the afternoons, during the typical 3pm lull. I stopped drinking them entirely. I take one of the green tea extract (GTE) with breakfast and typically have a cup of coffee (not 2-3) and one in the afternoon and nothing else. I have not changed my lifestyle or dietary intake during the transition. Result is I don't yawn, feel sluggish, or have the after effects/crash after drinking lots of coffee or an energy drink. I am sold and have been taking faithfully for nearly a year. There are many potential benefits to the herb...I consider that a bonus! ... show more
