These contain Psyllium Husk which is used in metamucil. Since these are in capsul form be sure to drink at least 8oz of water with them. These will keep your bows moving.

The media could not be loaded. Six weeks ago I started incorporating NOW Supplements Psyllium Husk Caps into my daily routine, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. One of the things I love about this supplement is they don't have any taste or aftertaste, making them a hassle-free addition to my daily regimen. Plus, they're much more convenient than dealing with messy powders. Potential CON: Swallowing the larger pills. Additional caution: drink plenty of water with each pill and don't take immediately before bed. Serving suggestion per the bottle: Take 3 capsules with 8oz of liquid, 2-3 times daily. WHAT WORKS FOR ME: 1-2 capsules with each meal, drinking 8 oz of water per pill ingested. Taking more than 6 pills per day was too much for me. I've noticed a significant improvement in my digestive health since starting this product.
