I didn't have the highest of hopes for this bed frame, just because it was so inexpensive but the reviews were pretty good so I took a chance and boy was I blown out of the water when I put it all together! Its so sturdy and beautiful and was so easy to assemble. It also has 2 different height options, which is nice. Only giving it 4 stars (I'd say 4.5 if it was possible) because it does have a slight squeak when getting on it but it is not enough to be a nuisance for me and doesn't get in the way of a good night sleep. I love this bed, it is not heavy at all, and very sturdy. My husband and I are not small people there is No squeaking of any kind. It is solid. I highly recommend to anyone who is on a budget Bed is perfect! My husband and I put it together in about an hour and I would suggest to people put it together. It makes it a lot easier. Assembly was easy and mostly painless- about 1.5 hours with one head strong person & the bed looks great. Not noisy at all after a week of use. It has two options for bed height which is nice, I went with the lower option so I could see more of the head/foot boards.

Ok so honest review here. I chose this bed because of its price range. It was the cheapest king bed frame that was within my budget, and it’s decent enough looking. The bed arrived in perfect shape and on time. Assembly was a pain. It took my husband and I almost 3 hours to put together. The bed is extremely lightweight and I question it’s sturdiness. I’ve only had it for less than a week now, and nothing has broken yet, but it just feels cheap and unsturdy. The bed makes creaking noises when rolling over at night. The description states that a box spring is not needed, and that is true, however the bed sits very low. If you’re not a fan of low sitting beds than I definitely recommend you skip this bed or add a box spring. After sleeping on this bed for a few nights, I caved and purchased a box spring to add to it. It sits that low. The box spring helped tremendously with the height issue. Overall, I would rate the bed ok. If it’s what you can afford it definitely will work, however don’t expect this bed to last a long time. The price reflects the quality. For $200 I expect to get maybe a year or two out of it if I’m lucky. Adult activities are definitely a no no on this bed. It’s just not sturdy enough. It’ll do for now as I needed a king size bed frame for an affordable price, but I foresee myself needing to replace it in the future. ... show more

I SERIOUSLY DON'T recommend putting this together ALONE. I'm 75 and in a wheelchair. I put it together ALONE. Took a full day, and WOW, I wouldn't do it again. BUT, the bed is wonderful, beautiful, sturdy, and came with extra screws and washers. Very thoughtful of the company. No noise rolling over. If you can follow instructions,,you can put this together. It's very nice. I'm glad I got this. UPDATE.... THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL BED, ....BUT, I am giving it away because I cannot put the fitted sheets on it. I mentioned already I am an older person, with serious arthritis. There isn't enough room between the end of the mattress and the footboard to fit my hand between it. I cannot lift the mattress because of the weight. And the comforter won't fit either because it's so snug a fit . I've ordered a platform and a headboard only. Saw this bed frame and fell in love with its look and sleekness. Ordered and it had arrived within the week of ordering - great! Or so I thought. The assembly/ instruction booklet is straightforward but still had a lot of questions whilst building it. We had opted for the ‘taller’ version when building and used the longer legs- the problem comes into play with the head and footboard. The holes placed onto the frame itself did not align with the holes in the head and footboard so in order to get desired height; the footboard and headband are currently 2-3in off the ground while the frames 5 legs are on the ground. I was thoroughly confused and defeated when we had got to the final stages of building. Now, the entire frame and bed is unsteady and very wobbly. I read the directions front and back and to no avail was I missing the extra height pieces. 4.2 out of 10. ... show more
