If you don't have a midi controller or keyboard and use FL Studio as your main DAW then I can't recommend this enough. Worked right out of the box, hooked it up and began jamming within 30 mins. I didn't know about the FLkey until a few months ago but after I checked out reviews and functions of it i knew it was the MIDI controller I'd been waiting for since i got FL Studio in 2019. Make sure you've updated FLS to the latest update, after that it is literally plug-n-play. I just plugged it in and the software and keyboard did their thing and everything worked right out of the box. Make sure you download the manual PDF from Novations website as it goes a little in depth of how to do many things. You should also watch Novations videos on how to do stuff with it as all this will help you understand what all it can do. The keys, pads, knobs and faders feel great. The buttons can easily be pressed. You just hold the Shift button and press a pad to select what you want to control with the pads, knobs and faders. Everything is laid out in a sensible fashion. The keys feel very good, also there is enough space to play with two hands if you can do so. Everything is easily labeled on the FLkey and has clear text on the keyboard to help you navigate around it. I've had it for about a month and while I haven't gotten tons of time to use it yet it's made the time I do get on FLS even more fun. I recommend watching Benn Jordan's FLkey "No Screen" video to get an idea of what you can do when you've at least semi-mastered the keyboard, it's a great watch. 5/5 I highly recommend this MIDI controller if you're an FL Studio user. ... show more

Overall a very quality product. Does not feel flimsy, even though it isn't very heavy. Colors are bright and beautiful. Solid buttons, and keys are good width and resistance. Drum pads feel amazing and very responsive. Setup with FL Studio is easy enough. But no power button? Bruh. wtf were they thinking? ... show more

I purchased this model there wasn’t a specific mention in the description that this model is not compatible with Logic Pro. There should be a mention about it .
