Easy to assemble. I would recommend using Plummer’s tape on the threads for the broadcast nozzle and the drain plug, as they will leak slightly. Only real complaint it the clips that you connect to battery. They are cheap and smooth.     • Customer Service is Lacking.
Sprayer works as it should. Clips that hold the wand to the tank broke on mine within a couple months of purchase. Seller is zero help with warranty or replacement parts. Contacted Northern Tool directly, they are also not much help at all with replacement parts. I would look at a different brand if I were to do it again. So we have 2 acres that we need to spray once a year with herbicides to keep the wild grass and growth away. I tried the 2.5 gallon hand held sprayers that you need to pump up. What a Pain. It would take about 3 day to do. I started looking around and there was a lot of different power sprayers to choose from. I seen this one from Northern, Since I have bought many times from Northern, I knew the price was going to be a bit more. But the Quality is Always Top Notch. This Sprayer was the same. I can Now do both acres in about 2 1/2 hours, even less if the wife drives the ATV. It has about a 15' hose to a top Quality Spray Gun. The H2O pump, pumps out about 70psi which will shoot about 25" Don't play with the Cheaper sprayers that look like this one. Buy Northern ... show more

Wireing disconnected at the pump, and the drain cap o-ring leaked because it was to hard and to thick. Once I removed the shields on the pump and reconnected, it has been working flawlessly for 2 uses with weed killer. The o-ring situation was caught on the initial fill up with water. Being a seasoned veteran of boomless sprayers designed for ATVs I find limited use and ratchet straps to the rack do disform some of the plastic components. Therefore I always have silicone O-rings for the garden hose around the house quick replacement and it worked fine. I suggest checking with water before adding chemical, and always loosen ratchet straps when done using ... show more

This sprayer works as advertised. Easy to mount and use. The only negative thing I discovered was the drain location. I have to unstrap and slide it a bit to get access to the drain.

    • Stopped working after first use.
The pump in the tank isn’t working to have contents of tank flow to sprayer. I have only used once and the pressure gauge is reflecting zero pressure.
