We could not get into it to setup any settings. Wouldn't go past homescreen. We bought early for a birthday gift and birthday wasnt till june 20th. We wanted to make sure its was here in time for her birthday. Then when it was finally opened it wouldn't work. We bought 2 and the other worked. I think we should still be able to return it. The charger cord was broke in the end you plug into the tablet so we had to buy another charger. Everything w box is still like we received it. We cant afford to pay for another one and my granddaughter was really excited about it. Please let us return it for a another one. ... show more

This thing really is great and has so much pre downloaded for kids that's fun, including videos and shows. It's even pretty loud when you have it turned up all the way haha. I loved this thing for my daughter it kept her occupied on long drives, my only gripe with the thing is it only charges with the cord it comes with (which is a ctype) BUT it does NOT charge on any other ctype charger! Which was a big hassle in a pinch, and when my 4 year old accidentally broke the cord.... -_- So unfortunately we're out a tablet now, as there's no way to replace the cord. So just be careful to not lose or break the cord it comes with and you'll have the best tablet for your kids on hand! I definitely plan to purchase another even though knowing the risk. It's definitely worth it! ... show more
