Two pans in one, to bake fluted Bundt® cakes, frozen desserts or traditional cheesecakes. Easy, functional and versatile. Interchangeable bottoms. Use and Care: 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. 2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan. 3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. 10 cup capacity. Globally sourced. With two bottoms, this springform pan provides two options for a cook: bake a cake, torte, or cheesecake on the standard waffle-patterned bottom for a flat-topped confection; or use the other bottom and bake a cake, torte, or cheesecake with a hollow center and molded flutings on the top. The pan holds 10 cups of batter, enough to make a festive cake for 8 to 10 people. Made of aluminized steel for rust and warp resistance, it's a sturdy pan with a long life expectancy. I use this to bake cakes. See photos. The strawberry cake has two layers of strawberries. It was fabulous. The blueberry lemon cape also came out perfectly. It doesn't leak, so far, but I haven't tried a fruit on bottom cake in this one. My old springform leaked badly. I use a parchment bottom to make it easier to remove the cake but that is hardly necessay. I use Pam spray to ensure easy removal. Cleaning is a piece of cake, as they say. I already had one, I ordered this one as a gift. I like the way that the ring fits into the base and locks. I’ve seen others that just have a drop in flat sheet for the bottom and I do not care for those. This is a sturdy and well-built product and I love the way my creations come out.

MADE IN THE US.OF AMERICA! I have made at least 16 cheese cakes. Everyone of them came out with near perfect results. Clean up was a piece of cake....LOL Oh... I filled the pan with water an had no leaks I highly recommend this for all Bakers!

I have used it only once so far to bake a sponge cake, and am very pleased with its performance. That it has the additional insert for other types of cakes makes it a very good choice. The form is substantial, not flimsy like cheaper versions, and handles/cleans well.

I bake a lot of cheesecake and have gone through several pans that didn’t work for various reasons. One common issue is butter from the crust leaking out of the base. This pan is the first that lived up to the “leak-proof” promise.
