I previously had bought the Nonstick griddle with the deeper sides and taller handles. It held up well, got about 1.5 years on it until the coating started coming off. All reviews mentioning the handles getting hot are 100% correct. Could fry an egg on them. Tried getting the shallower pan this time around. The first one came with some deep gauges in the bottom. Returned that one. It’s replacement is scratched on the bottom but not as badly. Don’t care to go through another round of returns so we’ll keep this one. ... show more

Love it, right size for front/back burners, good heat distribution but it is so light, it doesn't stay put when using spatula - if it had a little more heft, it would. However, if using in RV, over campfire, etc., it will likely be perfect.
