I love that this supplement derives it’s fish oil from the smaller fish, sardines and anchovies. The smaller fish have lower levels of mercury compared to salmon, so I feel safer taking this supplement than others derived from larger fish like salmon. These pills have no smell, I have never noticed a fishy smell or taste at all. They say that they’re lemon flavored but honestly I have never really noticed the lemon flavor - it’s super mild (not sour or tangy). I am told to take Omega's and this seems to be the most reasonable pill to swallow. Most are large in size (as this one is) and terrible tasting. This mini football goes down easily and does not leave an after taste..I will continue to purchase until pricing becomes unreasonable. Like many other reviewers, my eye doctor recommended these over any other Omega 3 brand. I've been these fish oil pills twice a day, one with my lunch meal and one at night (no meal). My eyes were super dry and painful. The Omega 3s have been working well together with my Retaine MGD eye drops. I don't feel much eye pressure anymore in the morning. My eyes are finally moisturized and I am back to normal. I will definitely keep on ordering more of these because it really works! Using this for my eyes and for my health!
