My new PCP recommended that I add 2000 mg capsule twice per day of fish oil to my dietary needs and I stated that I had previously done that and I suffered with indigestion from the fish oil supplement. I had suffered with burping and awful tasting fish oil indigestion. So she recommended Nordic Naturals citrus flavored supplement, and since I started taking I have not suffered with indigestion or burping. I have received the ProOmega 2000 supplements today and they are of no use to me. They are all clumped /stuck together and we all know if u try to take them apart they break then u have fish oil smell and all the other pills are of no good!
