Although the shape is slightly different from the original, it still fits well. They are quite soft and comfortable to use. Cleaning is easier than I expected, I just need to take them off and wash them.

I swapped out my grandfather's old hearing covers with these new ones and he was pretty happy with the change. They're soft and don't irritate my ears at all, nice tho cuz he wears them all day. They're easy to take off and clean, and they snap right back on without any fuss.

Hearing aids are a necessary evil and the accessories that have to be replaced now and then, in order to keep them operating at full capacity, are an added expense. So, I’m happy I’ve found dome replacements to fit my Oticon hearing aids. These domes are a fraction of the price of the ones I’ve purchased from other sources. Make no mistake, these domes by Auiloes are not the Oticon brand but they are still pretty good in their own right. And, this company focuses on manufacturing hearing aids and the various components. So, I’m fairly confident they know what they’re doing. I’ve found these domes to be a good substitute and they fit my hearing aids quite well. They’re soft and flexible and easy to use. Got one for my grandma. They fit and don't cause any irritation, even after extended use. Cleaning them seems easy. just remove them, give them a quick wipe, and put them back.
