The product seems to be of good quality and it works as expected. The collar is good too. Easily adjustable, not thin and not easily slipped out of. Just doesn't work for my dog. He isn't phased by it at all - even on maximum vibration. Works great if your dog is receptive to it.

I love this product because it isn’t a shock collar! It was super easy to set up, it’s good quality, and the charge lasts days and days. My dog learned really fast with the beep feature that I was asking something for him to do. All in all, I love it, would recommend!

First I must say I was first scared to purchase a collar for my dog as shocking to me seems a bit much until I came across this device that operated off vibrations rather then shock. I have a very active boxer and this trainer collar has made a word of a difference in her behavior. She now knows commands as “off” which was trained with her wearing the collar. ... show more

    • Poor quality.
This didn’t work for my boxer. Just confused her. The intensity knob should have settings that you can lock the settings. It’s very easy to bump the knob or touch it and change the intensity. It would be nice to have usage/training instructions.
