This is my review of the NIXY DAP Distressed Washed Cap - Unisex Adjustable Casual Baseball Hat for Outdoor Adventures. When I ordered it, I didn't expect the embroidered design to be so large, but it's not bad. The color is fantastic, and the hat fabric is very comfortable to wear. There are actually 2 layers of fabric in the hat, with the second covering the embroidery backing. (Normally hats have single layers of fabric.). If you're looking for a hat to wear on a hot day, this is not it. But, if it's a cool or fall afternoon, it's a great hat to wear. ... show more

I ordered this Nixy Baseball Hat in the burgundy color - it's a well made hat, with quality seams and stitching. The burgundy color is a great shade - not too pink! Note that the style of this hat is distressed - with a few purposeful rips, tears and snags on the brim and an overall stonewashed denim look. Especially nice is that the brim of this hat is very thick and heavy - meaning it should hold it's nice curvature shape over time/usage. [I'm not a fan of hats with flimsy brims]. For sizing adjustment, the hat has a strap & buckle arrangement, should it should fit most any head size. Note that due to this hat being made of thick fabric and without venting - it's going to trap some of your head heat and it's not going to be as cool as a hat made with light fabric and/or venting. This is a great purchase if you are looking for a high quality, well made baseball hat that has an informal, distressed look & feel. ... show more

Arrived in perfect condition, with no creases on the hat, and the brim was perfectly straight. It has a few intentional cuts in the fabric that give it a nice style and cool look, and the color mends well with the design on the hat.
