We have been buying these for several years and sending as gifts to friends and family with their special pictures inside. Everyone has loved them. They ALWAYS came in individual boxes and each one had a cleaning cloth. The individual boxes made a nice presentation and worked well for wrapping. There was a problem with my recent order of 5 frames (i.e., no individual gift boxes and only one cleaning cloth). I contacted the seller, who fixed the problem. Great Customer Service!
