The media could not be loaded. I typically wear a size 4-6 (S), due to reviews I went up a size, buying a medium. Putting them on was a sheer miracle, but once on, I liked the fit. Definitely a huge upgrade from prior bought sweat leggings in the past. Now we have different colors to choose from, can enjoy not feeling like the Michelin Man when I get to the gym, and still be able to get a good sweat in! Iffy: still don’t know if I can wash these leggings in the wash, didn’t even try as I was just going to don and figure out the cleaning later. If you can see the pictures and video, they show where the medium literally had me busting the seems like a can of biscuits and sweat was visible. I actually don’t mind seeing the sweat, but where there is sweat, there is a break, minus the possible pee line, because there’s is a soft fabric there, most likely for breathability. All in all I would rate it a 4 or 5, but the fact that my leggings didn’t hold up 1 gym adventure, I cannot. I’m going to try to return and get a large! Ladies, if your looking for legging that will make you sweat and compression? These are for you!! I'm 5'3 and 290lb. I carry weight in my stomach while having thick thighs and booty. I went by my measurements and ordered a size 4x. When taking them out of the package they look like they wont fit. Looks can be deceiving!!! You have to put one leg in then the other and work them up a little at a time because of the suction to your skin. You can pull these up like regular leggings. Think more like thick opaque tights is the best way I can describe how to put them on. Once you get them up to your booty and crotch, your really going to have to adjust to fit around your folds in between your legs and booty. They are comfortable and the compression is good makes you look smooth and tight!! I went and worked out and did squats, stair climbers and walked about 45 mins. And when I say I could feel the sweat running down my legs and when I took them off the sweat was pouring on the floor!! Im very happy with these and will be ordering 2 more in the Grey and Grey cameo!! My plus size ladies, these are for you!! The stretch is good while compressing at the same time!! Exactly what i was looking for. These will make you sweat and the fit isn't bad. Im 265 and 5'5. I bought a 3x which fit perfect in the waist(high waisted for me), hips and thighs but wasnt as tapered in the calves, so i had roll them up alil. Unfortunately there is no instant gratification for weight loss, but there is for a workout - sweat! I just started exercising again and I wasnt sweating enough so I decided to purchase these pants and the tanktop. I am 5'5 and 166 lbs and pear shaped and the large pants just barely fits. Once you put it on, it fits like second skin and I have to take another minute to continue to adjust the pants further up my legs. If I was working out outdoors, an xl would be more appropriate. I am sweating like crazy now and there is no going back to exercising without it. I feel slimmer already and I have only been using it for one week! **update - I decided to also purchase an xl size to try it and it is a much better and more comfortable fit. When I originally ordered these, I wore a size 2X in leggings and 18-20 in jeans. I purchased a 4x and they could be squeezed on, but I thought they would rip if I moved suddenly. After losing about 5-10 pounds, I tried again and could squeeze into them strategically. I wore them daily when working out, and now 5 months later they are sagging and falling off, constantly having to pull them up. I have lost 30 pounds of fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle, according to my digital scale. I can see more definition in my legs and can tell I have lost weight in my hips and gut area. They do smell terrible out of the package. Wash them on the gentle cycle with detergent and some scent beads and hang them dry; the smell will be gone. I have worn them DAILY for about 5 months and they are durable. They hold their shape and the seams are still like new. Will be ordering more soon since I have lost weight. ... show more
