I do have some gripes about this scooter. 1) customer service hasn’t replied to my email, which I was told 48-72 hours reply time. It’s now been 10 days. 2) the setup process in the app needs adjusting. Multiple tech glitches in the app during pairing process. 3) the left handle brake arrived with slight damage. This should’ve been caught by quality control. Other than these small issues, the scooter is great. Easy to charge, easy to ride, very smooth. High quality parts. Only issue I have seen online, this scooter uses an unusual tire size, so if you need replacement tires, it can be challenging to find some. ... show more
