I love this game system! I bought it used of course, and it works great! There were some scratches and scuff marks on the console itself and the tablet was very poorly wiped off (dirty smear marks on the screen) and you can see some dust in the vent of the console fan. Aside from that, I have no complaints. It does exactly what I wanted it for, to play my Wii U games that I have! It came with all of the cords as mentioned in the description and this arrived on time. It also came with two games. One disc looks in near perfect shape. One of the discs was very scratched and scuffed. However, I primarily wanted this for the console, not the games it came with. I am very please with this purchase so far. I feel when something is sold as refurbished ... first of all it should work. Second of all it should arrive in a condition to show it had been cared for. Both pieces were scuffed and just dirty. It did not arrive in original box as listing suggested. It was not wrapped properly to avoid damage during shipping. And the handheld part does not power on even with being plugged into outlet. Absolutely and awesomely surprised!!!! I bought this game system as a Christmas gift for my eleven year old daughter. She's been wanting this system for quite some time now. The delivery was fantastic. I ordered on November 1s and it was scheduled to arrive on November 8th, hpwever it arrived early(it arrived today which is the 3rd of november). Because it was sold as a renewed/refurbished item i immediately took it out of the box and tried it out. It was easy to set and it played like new. The graphics are amazing. My daughter gave it a quick play/test. She is absolutely in love. I am so happy that i made this purchase. SIDE NOTE: I checked back to make a repurchase(i wanted to purchase one for my 31 year old son) and sadly enough this had a note that read "Currently Unavailable". I love the product, but whoever refurbished it missed a part. The gamepad works fine, it was fully charged when I got it, but I can't unplug it or it shuts off and won't turn on while off the charge...

The console is exactly as described, just check the fine print. It’s refurbished but I thought considering the picture it would arrive in a Wii U box. Instead of that it was a plain cardboard one. It’s fine, totally not a big deal, just kinda wanted the box as a display piece. But the console itself is great! Runs smooth, came with the predownloaded 2 games, no major blemishes. Happy enough with it. Few minor blemishes, but good condition. Disappointed that the microphone doesn't work on the game pad... Not sure if that's a common problem, but my kids like it and don't want to return it, hence the 3 star review. So far, we've been able to use the x button in place of the microphone for parts of games that use the microphone for blowing, not sure if it will affect future game play. ETA: the game pad only holds a charge about an hour. We will likely have to purchase another, so another super disappointing find, but since the console works, I will leave the 3 star review ... show more
