Overall the system is in fine shape. All the cables are new, and the system boots and runs normally. The console had no scratches, and the gamepad casing has minor use scratches. Not the best refurbishing job, as the console was filled with dust in the vents, and the sticks are mildly yellowed, but since the White Wii U was was discontinued in 2013, 7 years ago, I can excuse it. ... show more

The product works like a charm but when I got it, it was really dirty, and it's vents were almost totally clogged with dust, and then they don't tell you that you have to get a specific external hardware to download anything on it, and I have since found it MUCH cheaper at other places, and I wish I had done that. As it is, it's fine, just know you'll need to do some cleaning, get a specific external hard drive, and you can definitely find it cheaper elsewhere ... show more
