This is my second laptop I've purchased from NIMO. Yes, its a legitimate company. With it being a less expensive option to the big name brands and with their amazing return warranties, I was actually hesitant in buying from them. But I've had the laptops for a couple of months now and I can safely say this is a quality laptop and was exactly what I needed. I primarily use the laptops for school work and some light gaming. They have held up very well! Good qualities: The package came timely, everything was in the box, 16GB RAM memory is amazing for fast processing, 256GB storage is great, fingerprint scanner is good, nice addition of a camera blocker that slides in and out, AMAZING customer service that will actually respond quickly, lightweight and smaller laptop that's easier for travel. Overall for the price you are getting something that can't be beat elsewhere! Poor qualities: I think the only quality of the laptop I'm not a fan of has been its battery life. It runs about 3-4 hours while using it which is as advertised, it just doesn't feel like much to me personally. However you can just have the laptop plugged in while using it. Other than that I had a keyboard pop out one time when I dropped my phone on my laptop but I emailed their customer service and had a new piece sent in! Oh also I've found that its easy for the laptop coating to easily get small smudges/stains on it but it is easily cleaned with a wet wipe. ... show more

Bought it during Cyber Monday at a “50%” discount only to find out they inflated the price to make it seem like a discount at the end it was only a 5% discount. The computer itself is trash. The keypads get stuck, the top key pad doesn’t work for volume or brightness, it runs out of battery when shut down how? When it does run out of battery good luck getting the charger to charge it with its loose ends it looses connecting and stops charging. As of now the computer hasn’t turned back on. Also it doesn’t seem to be 32gb ram more like 8 it freezes a lot. ... show more

This laptop has been perfect for me! I can play ff7 integrade, lowest settings with minimal lagging, that is good enough for me Lighter games like sun haven and Stardew flow seamlessly. Sims 4 has been so fast compared to my old one The battery lasts decently, it was about 50% after 40 minutes of sun haven. My old laptop died before 40 minutes of sun haven. It’s sleek. I appreciate how the keyboard feels to type with. Overall, this has been an awesome purchase for me. I didn’t have the money for a super expensive gaming laptop, and buying a ps5 for final fantasy seemed silly to me. Now I can continue online school and game ... show more

First, I would just like to say it took me a bit to find the charger they packaged it in such a way it just blended in with the box. Oops. The screen is not touch screen, which was surprising. The keyboard is a bit odd in the numberpad section, there is no enter key for the number pad, as well as having the + and - keys up top in the same row as the Function keys. It runs fast though, so I'm excited to try it out ... show more

I purchased a Nimo and after about a week the screen went completely black. After a day or 2 it came back on but I wrote a review and the company reached out and offered to replace the laptop and refund me. I was pleasantly surprised by the offer and agreed. They apologized and I sent back the defective laptop and received not 1 but 2 laptops. I contacted the company and stated there had to be a mixup because 2 laptops came. She thanked me and requested that I send 1 back and I did. AFTER only 2 days of having the replacement, It did the same exact thing. The laptop went completely black but this time it won’t turn back on. The quality of this laptop is horrible. I am a DJ and I purchased this laptop originally for that purpose. I spent time loading music to this laptop only for it to go completely black again! This has been a frustrating experience.
