I needed a new home laptop. I purchased the rose gold one after reading the reviews as I didn't need anything fancy. When it arrived I was happy with everything except I had a hard time reading the keys so I wrote to the company and got a response back in a few hours with a solution. They sent me a keypad cover which was excellent and did the trick. They also told me that if this did not work for me that I could send my computer back and they would exchange it for one of the other two colors. They sent the keypad to me in a day and it has worked great for me as you can see by the pictures. I have been very impressed with the computer so far. It is much faster than my name brand one I had previously. I like that they offer a 90 day return policy with two year warranty. And the price, what can I say about....great price for a well functioning product. It was very easy to set up as well. Definitely would recommend this computer for students and home use. ... show more

    • Go for reliability, don’t make the same mistake I did
I needed this before my online college classes started and I could’ve gotten an HP but decided to try out a new brand. For $400 I took a chance and ended up with a broken battery and only 1 hour and 30 minutes of battery life to enjoy. This laptop is sleek and beautiful, the speed is extremely quick but it doesn’t charge! I’ve tried contacting the seller on multiple links provided and I’m still on hold (I’ve been on hold for an hour) waiting for the company to answer. Now I have a broken laptop for classes next week (it’s Friday) and I doubt they’ll respond over the weekend. Go for reliability, get something else and save yourself the unnecessary trouble. ... show more

This is an excellent laptop value if you have limited funds. The 12 gigs RAM is plenty if you are using this for school or other word processing tasks. And the 1T hard drive is amazing for a laptop in this price range. If you need a laptop to run apps that require more RAM (such a creative apps) then you might want to opt for a laptop with higher RAM. ... show more
