    • Didn't come with screen protector, case doesn't work.
My case didn't come with a screen protector as advertised. Thought I just didn't see it or something but nope, package only contained the case, literally nothing else. Had to buy a separate screen protector to use with this case. After about 2 weeks of using the case, the front part of the case no longer stays on the phone. It relies on some sort of sticky glue to hold it to the phone. I had to take the case off once to take pictures of the phone to apply for the Samsung warranty. After that, the front case no longer stays attached to the phone as the sticky part that held it there has seemingly worn off. Poor quality case, and got scammed by not getting a screen protector.
