Here is what I like about it: (1) Good sound quality (2) comfortable (3) the R and L are not easily confused (4) folds flat for storage (5) bluetooth connectivity (6) angled earpieces for comfort fit (7) small but effective headband padding, not too bulky (8) mic stalk that rotates away (rather than detaching and getting lost) and is small enough to fit right in along side the earpiece (9) consistent design elements to tie the components together. The headset has no connectivity issues so far. The audio is clear and the microphone works well. No real complaints other than hearing echoing of my own voice from the microphone. I purchased the headset with high hopes, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. From the moment I opened the box, I was greeted with a sense of disappointment. Firstly, the build quality is abysmal. The plastic feels cheap and flimsy, making me question its durability. The ear cushions are uncomfortable and seem to be made of the lowest quality material imaginable. Within minutes of wearing them, my ears started to ache, which completely ruined my gaming experience. Sound quality is another major letdown. Despite the bold claims on the packaging, the audio output is lackluster at best. The bass is muddy and indistinct, while the highs are tinny and harsh. It's impossible to immerse yourself in a game when the sound quality is this poor. The microphone isn't any better. My friends complained of constant static and background noise whenever I spoke, making communication during multiplayer games frustrating and ineffective. No amount of adjusting or tweaking seemed to improve the situation. To add insult to injury, the headset's compatibility is limited. It claims to work with multiple platforms, but in reality, I struggled to get it functioning properly with anything other than one specific console. This lack of versatility is simply unacceptable in today's gaming market. Overall, the Headset is a prime example of false advertising and subpar quality. Save your money and invest in a more reputable brand that actually delivers on its promises. These are a wonderful gaming wireless headset. Very easy to set up. Super nice not having to deal with a cord with being wireless. Great value for your money and just so affordable! The mic is alright, my friends say I sound like static and my range away from my Xbox is very close. Not sure if that's a known issue. However the comfort of these headsets are amazing. I use this headset so I can roast fools while playing GTA Online & they can hear me loud & clear! The sound quality is great, the mic is great, & they are extremely comfortable to wear. Easy set up, it's literally plug & play once the headphones are powered on & the receiver is plugged into a powered on Xbox controller. I like that they can be used with other devices via Bluetooth like my phone or laptop. The only thing I've noticed is that I'm charging my controller slightly more frequently than before but it's certainly not something worth complaining about because there is way more good than bad.. & tbh my rechargeable battery pack could be to blame.
