Perfect for presentation and delivery of 3 13” x 9” decorated cakes! Whole thing with cakes fit into large carrying cake box. I’m thrilled! Will use for cookie cooling, etc in my small kitchen in the future! Folds up for storage. Couldn’t be more pleased!

    • Compact, sturdy cooling rack with lots of space
Size: 3-Tier Cooling Rack
This rack made my husband's life much easier at our annual cookie decorating party. It was able to handle multiple batches of cookies with plenty of room to get the spatula in and out (somewhere around 24 Dozen cookies were made in three hours - so the rack got a lot of use). I'd originally hoped to be able to use it in the configuration where you only use the back two upright supports, so we wouldn't have to immediately remove the cookies from the sheet. But my husband didn't feel comfortable that it was sturdy enough. So we used the 4-support configuration. Even using it with 4 supports, it was easy to get cookies onto and off of the three levels. And it was great having that additional cooling space without taking up the entire counter. I keep meaning to put the rack away, but right now we're using it a dish drying rack for items that don't fit in the dishwasher. ... show more

I have a dog biscuit Company I’m also a pastry chef I don’t know what took me so long to order this but I am so thrilled I did each rack is big enough to put a 13 inch pie or a 20 inch cheesecake on each rack and they’re sturdy do not bend easy to wash easy to clean easy to dry I just keep it on my counter I always have something baking and smelling good and all my friends and family knows to go to the kitchen and look at the rack to see what kind of goodie I have cooling. I have a very small kitchen. And this works beautifully. I use it for cookies and cupcakes. There is enough height in between each layer for cupcakes. If they are normal size cupcakes, you could probably fit 12 or 16 on each layer. It comes apart pretty easily so I can store it easily. I’m really glad that I bought this. So, I have life 5-6 hard drives and I used this to build a “hillbilly server”. I’m cheap, poor and can’t build a real server because I don’t know enough. My kitchen doesn’t have very much counter space. This rack was a tremendous help when I made several dozens of cookies for the holidays. It took up much less counter space than the three cookie racks I normally use. The racks are very sturdy.
