The media could not be loaded. It works amazing. I was worried at first about if they would get cleaned until I saw the water getting dirty. The spin dry is super fast and I also hang my items up for maybe 30min if that. The spin dry gets like 90% of the water out. It has 2 wash modes Normal & Gentle. My washer broke and I decided to get this washer because I was tired of taking my laundry down to the basement. It's extremely easy to lift up and put in the bathtub. I recommend using a handheld shower head to fill the tub. It takes 15 minutes to wash, 15 minutes to rinse and 5 minutes to spin. You do have to drain the water between each cycle but it's totally worth it. To be honest, my clothes smell much better washing and drying in this machine. Theres no heat on the spin cycle but only a couple of spins gets the clothes close to completely dry. It's convenient to me. ... show more

I really enjoy my little washer. It washes everything as well as a larger washer. The spin dry does a wonderful job, making the clothes almost completely dry. It does not take long to dry completely after the spin dry. I would like to know how to clean the lint filter inside the washer. The manual is not clear on how to complete this. I live in a small condo and this washing machine is perfect me and my partner love this thing not only it's the biggest size that's on this website and it's a very lightweight I strongly recommend this product. The only thing I can say is don't put super thick comforters into the washing machine you have to actually go to a laundromat Same thing for the dryer as well that's been dryer will not fit it however this is good for cleaning bed sheets and pillow cases too like all of them at the same time. ... show more
