I have a pretty strong core and I am always looking for gadgets to mix up my routine. I had high hopes for this and overall, it is a very good machine. I would definitely say it would be great for someone who needs the support while they are doing sit ups or ab work. I can make it more challenging, but it is more of an assist machine than anything.
