So you watched one too many Z Reviews videos? Got a DAC, AMP, headphones you love? Got that sweet sweet lossless music? Oh! Your whole setup happens to be able to run a balanced signal? These are the cables for you. There may be others, but this is the one I bought and it works well! I don't have another cable to compare it so I may update my review once another set arrives. So far this works as intended. Sound is a bit clearer, bass is slightly punchier, and I am now able to live a balanced life. Do know that everything in your devices needs to support balanced audio. Everything. If one link in your chain doesn't then this cable will not work as intended. The bump in quality is not mind blowing, but subtle. Subtle like that slightly tighter hug your loved ones may give you. Subtle like that lingering look your cute coworker may send you when exchanging greetings.     • Great Pair of Balanced Cables.
I bought these balanced cables for my HiFiman Sundara headphones. I am using them along with a ifi Hip-Dac to stream music from my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I am unsure if the resulting improved sound quality is due to these balanced cables, the Hip-Dac, or a combination of both. All I know is the headphones sounded great as is however the improvement in sound quality after using the cables and Hip-Dac is very noticeable. The music is clearer and more rich in detail. The cables are longer and thinner than I thought they would be but they feel durable enough so I think they will last. My only (admittedly minor) quibble is they weren't offered in black. I would also recommend offering different length options in short, I would recommend these cables. ... show more

    • It sounds as good as it looks-- very nice.
Star deducted because it's quite stiff for as thin as it is. Still, it's very nice looking and sounds great. It has nice little extras like a spring around the wire as it goes into the connector, to keep it from getting bent flat and provide a little extra shielding going into the solder joints inside. I would give it 5 stars if it were at once thicker, more bendy, and longer. But then it wouldn't be this price. So maybe a 5 star cable at this price isn't feasible. I'd spend much more building one myself. Still, I have to rate it as a cable for potential buyers of a cable. So, while I love the looks and sound and price, I still must give it 4 stars, meaning 20% of cables you would be likely to buy would be better than this. But they'll cost more. ... show more

I've run these with my focal clears, focal radiance and aryas with no issues. For the price, this is great. It's not the most flexible but I'd rather pay for this over a $100+ snake oil cable.

I cannot find too much options to run my Hifiman Sundara in balanced way, I check these cables and I want to give it a try, I connect my ifi Signature One DAC with my ZenCan in balanced way and the result was amazing, normally I ran it with +6db gain with other OEM cables, but after the swap, it was very noticeable the difference. now the 1 stage of gain is only a matter of choice.. :). And the sound improvement is there, not from night to day, but is there... ... show more

Swapped these cables to my edition XS 30 days after return window closed. Got a terrible hiss from a bad ground. Swapped to my Aune cable hiss went away. Subpar cheap and could damage amps.

Decent quality build but the material transits any contact it makes albeit clothing and a desk. It’s also incredibly stiff.
