This is hands down the best item I've reviewed as a VINE voice, I'm over the moon! I've shopped around for my first bidet and knew that TUSHY was going to be best option for my apartment plumbing and bathroom set-up. I've used it only a couple of times since installing it, so I'll update this if anything changes. For now, I am SUPER pleased with this product. WHAT I LOVE: - Ladies, SHARK WEEK has never been so clean and fresh. - Fast install: It took about the same amount of time to clean my toilet and take off the seat as it did to install the TUSHY itself. - FOOL-PROOF instructions. Not only does the TUSHY come with written instructions, it also gives a QR code with step-by-step video instructions AND the company website has even more read-aloud walk-throughs. - IT FITS! See photo of the type of toilet I have, there were zero problems fitting it to the model. All of the plumbing couplings fit perfectly, too, and didn't require any extra tools. However, a hand towel helped get a good grip on wet tubes. - ULTRA SLIM: I got the Ultra Slim model because I didn't want the new bidet to be such a prominent feature or look too mechanical. I also only have a small space for my commode, so I am pleased that the knob is easy to reach, but it also doesn't protrude so far away from the commode as to be clunky. - RENTER friendly: I especially like that this product is not a clunky permanent fixture, so if you rent your apartment, you can easily take it with you if you move, and put it on the next home's toilet. THINGS TO NOTE: - I was surprised how cold the water was, even living in a warm climate! Refreshing in the summer, but if you live in a cold climate, you might consider one of the bidets with a warmer. - Self-cleaning mode activates when the knob is in the lower positions, so make sure to turn it slowly. The self-cleaning mode also makes a bit of gurgling noise. - In my photo, I show a couple of common hand tools that I found to be extra useful for removing and replacing the toilet seat. - Other models of this product have adjustable nozzles, but for this one, you simply move your body to "get a good angle", and I find that to be easy enough. However, if you have mobility issues, you may wish to consider one of the more advanced TUSHY models. - Soggy Bottom? I'm still de-programming my brain from using TP for everything. This includes adjusting to that cold, damp feeling afterward, but there are lots of options online and through TUSHY for small washable towels, and I even found some appropriate washable clothes in my linen closet to try. ... show more

    • Added luxury for an affordable price
My husband has always wanted a bidet but traditional ones are pretty crazy to install if your home doesn’t already come with one. This is very affordable and also quite aesthetically pleasing compared to many other bidet attachments on the market. The wood tone knob looks really nice in our bathroom and the white blends well with the toilet bowl. It can either be easy or more complicated to install depending on your existing setup. We live in an older house with many finicky things, and didn’t expect to struggle so much to connect the bidet initially. It wasn’t complicated to put together but for some reason, water just kept leaking out from one end of the hose attachment. In the end, it turns out that the valve on our toilet bowl needs to be set in a very particular way - and if the dial rests in any other position, water will keep leaking. Once that was resolved, everything worked swimmingly. Others may have a much easier time setting everything up. The water pressure control works amazingly. I definitely advise being seated on the toilet bowl before testing this out. My husband was over enthusiastic and tried it out right after installing, as he was standing next to the toilet bowl. I have a skirted toilet so it was a little challenging for us to install (not the fault of the tushy, though). The tushy itself is easy to install when you have the space and hand size to do so. The tushy has a knob to turn it on and adjust the water pressure, there’s only one water line connection so no temperature adjustment. It’s also “self cleaning” in the sense that the first few dots when you turn it on cause water to stream over the tushy nozzle and basically rinse itself off, which is great for those who have craps that seemingly explode all over the inside of the toilet (had a roommate with this issue). My bf turned it on & twisted it quickly to test it and a loud dart of water hit the wall - it’s powerful! The directions mention you need to be sitting down first and turning slowly - it’s WISE flow these steps & especially to turn slowly so it doesn’t come out too fast and destroy your sensitive areas. Once you get the hang of it though, it’s nice. I feel cleaner afterwards, like I just took a shower. I’ve always used cotonnelle wet wipes but those will be no more. I’m a first time bidet user and now a bidet lover for life lol. Great product. ... show more

Received this and the seal was broken to the packaging. The item also did not look brand new. Very disappointing as this is extremely unsanitary and the product was not cheap.
