I have a lot of thread which I store in a box to keep the dust off. I hadn't realized there was a notion that would untangle the mess that I'd find whenever I wanted some thread. These little commando bracelets go onto the thread spool and keep that thread in place. I was going to give 4 stars because, depending on the size of your spool, the spool huggers were difficult to put on' however, after the first use, the hugger loosens up a little and makes it easier to put on.
