It came with a faulty regulator but the return process is a nightmare now I understand why they say buy local. Even though it's not this company's fault that made the alternator . I was willing to give it another shot & just exchanged it . Amazon said had to be a return first then buy another . Problem is they had the package picked the shipping company scanned it in 2 other city's and lost it . Now gotta wait 30 days before even getting a refund . SMH at Amazon ... show more

    • Defective, doesn't charge! Out of return window.
Less than 60 days, not charging. Took HOURS to install, to now have to do it again with another alternator, from another vendor. Test before you install, but that's no guarantee it will work after the return window.
