I have bad lower back and having to sit on a chair all day in front of a computer really doesn't help. My doctor told me that I need to get off the chair every hour to stand and walk around for few minutes to relieve pain in the lower back. I got this back support brace to wear while sitting down and it really makes a big difference in my lower back as it has multiple stabilizer bars on the back that helps me sit upright without slouching. The 4 outer elastic straps enables me to adjust and tighten the waist to support and secure my lumbar and lower back. I can wear this almost all day due to the breathable material and it does relieve pain in my lower back even when I'm not getting off the chair to stand and walk around. I would have given this a 5 star but will give it a 4.5 star. It is an excellent product immediately felt the different. The only flaw is the size chart is wrong. I am a 43 inch around my belly but the xxl barely fit. So I have no clue who did the measurements but it is super off. Having used this for a while only the part thats starting to stretch and fade is the best part of this support. Velcro steps starting to go but this really helped me when sitting on a plane.
