Ok when I say you need this waist trainer I mean it! The pic in the grey sweatpants was the first week I purchased, I was on the first hook and clearly look wider than the picture in the green shorts taken 2 weeks into wearing the waist trainer daily (aside from like 2 days that I did not wear it) My posture while wearing was so much better than normal. There is three different adjustable hooks that make it super convenient to go smaller once you feel ready to. The trainer is long enough to cover the entire torso which i love because finding ones that actually hold in the lower tummy without bulging is so hard to find. I normally order a size or two down but DO NOT DO IT! Take your measurements, follow the sizing chart, you will not have any issues. I’ve gone through so many waist trainers and at first I thought this design was perfect because you adjust how you want with the 3 openings but it didn’t give me the shape I was looking for it’s kinda odd. I would wear it with loose clothing but not under a tight dress or anything tight. I’m 5’0 140 lb and my waist isn’t too wide but it gives off a bulgy look on my side and on the top half of my back. Received this item today so it was delivered pretty quickly thank you. Also at first look I didn’t think it was going to be good for me as I generally want waist trainers to be tight and on the longer side. This did not disappoint though I’m happy to say. I feel like it’s a good length and the tightness is to my liking. I’m currently at the last hook so maybe I could have gotten a small. I got a medium. This tummy trainer does exactly what it's supposed to do, and there's no part of the belly that's left behind. Let me just say, it has a great stretchy material. It's not thin, which in my opinion is a good thing. However, when attaching the hook-and-eye, it requires work and time. However, when I got it on, the waist trainer made me stand up straight. The belly was tightened. I did have a shape to my body. And throughout the day, it stayed in place. I had to take it off later in the afternoon though. It never let go. I wasn't mad, but I had to give my poor belly a break. I say, if you're looking for a waist trainer, this does the job perfectly.
