I LOVE this plant. I have pets that refuse to allow other things (living botanicals) to coexist in my house, so after roughly a decade of becoming a serial houseplant killer I decided to start trying out faux plants. It’s been a lot of trial and error, and what I’ve found is that you can find quality fakes on amazon that can be easily spruced up with funky planters+ baskets from homegoods, tjmaxx, etc. Like the other reviewers said, this baby takes some prodding/bending of the leaves to come to life, but it’s absolutely great for the price and looks very real- I would know, considering I’ve killed several previously thriving plants. Well first let me say that I am picky picky picky about artificial plants. We have two homes and are back and forth, so real plants aren't working for us anymore and I had to get rid of them. The house looked naked without them, so I decided to try this Corn Stalk. I read the reviews and I kept going back and zooming in on the photo to see if it would pass my picky inspection. I took the plunge and I couldn't be more pleased. So pleased that I am ordering another for our second home. It came packaged well and secure. A very realistic looking plant. I’ve received compliments on it and it has really softened the look of the room. The video that was posted by one of the customers showing how to unfurl the leaves was extremely helpful. I also appreciated some of the comments warning about some of the leaves coming off while trying to open them. Some fell off when I was trying to do this so it’s helpful to gently hang onto the base of the leaf. I did finally have to tape one back on because I couldn’t get it to stay on after I tried to reattach it. I would not hesitate to buy other plants from this company. ... show more

Looks just like the picture. Each leaves are individualy attached so you can spin and adjust it. Some came off when I pulled but I was able to put them back. It took some time to adjust and make it look like the model but it was worth it. When I took them out from the box it smelled like dirt. Feels so real. ... show more
