My, Nearly Natural 5289 6.5ft. Golden Cane Palm Silk Tree arrived today. I love the way this plants looks so realistic in the corner of the room. Truly wanted it to be as tall as described, but the dimensions are a bit confusing. I found an umbrella stand to add the needed height. This plant arrived with one of the stalks unglued, sure I’ll be able to glue it back. A bit disappointed, but a beautiful specimen of a Cane Palm Tree. In love with these palms! They are so realistic looking and extremely well made and just what I had been searching for. The product arrived on time and I was impressed with the packaging job! They come in a small plastic tub, and the leaves are very straight. You have to very carefully bend the branches - don’t be heavy handed or the wire inside the branch will snap and then you’re screwed. I was so impressed with this palm that I bought a second one and discovered something, they appear to be hand made and no two are identical, which is perfect as they are both in the same room. I’m semi-satisfied. It’s not as fake as some, but it’s not quite as good as it could be. The main trunk looks okay, but the two smaller trunks are too lime green, so it’s a little jarring. The fronds aren’t as bushy as the picture shows, but still adequate to fairly conceal the lime green. NGL, I wouldn’t mistake it for real, but because it’s not a centerpiece front and center, it blends into the background well enough. I mix a few fake plants with many real plants, so I’m satisfied with the overall effect. The prices for fake plants is comparable to real, but I live in the desert so there are humidity loving plants I just can’t keep alive. This is one of them. ... show more
