Sturdy chain, cover has not yet degraded (nice feature to protect the bike paint) & mechanism works with ease thus far. Having 2 options for unlocking has proven beneficial, given the last couple of bike lock & chains we had became unuseable because our child kept losing his keys. Not a problem anymore! I keep the keys & He set the combo so now I don't have to worry about a replacement or breaking out cable clippers. IMHO, Good value for the money given everything is inflated right now.     • Terrible Piece of Crap

The lock only worked fine for two weeks when suddenly, it WOULD NOT open up when the code was entered. I noticed that three of the four number wheels would make a click sound, so I am assuming one of the wheels stopped working. Well, that's crappy, but at least the lock also came with a key ... except that two weeks later, the key is stuck in the lock after opening it. No matter what I do, the key will turn but it will not loosen from the lock. And the key is also a cheap piece of crap because it started bending and is getting misshapen after three attempts to free the key from the lock. Don't waste you money ... it's JUNK! ... show more
