Can add a few drops to a container with hot water for deep inhalation with a towel covering the head, I put it in my humidifier but it will destroy it. The way it fills the room is worth it. I could not be happier with the way this smells! It smells like a freshly peeled, sweet, ripe orange. There's no bitter or weird smell, it's fresh and light and perfect! I mix this with a touch of vanilla and jasmine oils for the diffusers in my house and it's heavenly. The price is fantastic!
